Safety Manager & Back Office

Our client, a large multinational construction company immediately looking for several positions :
1. Safety Manager (WHCSM) Qualifications : - Bachelor’s Degree - Previous experience in a similar role preferably in multinational companies with multi-sites, 7 years+ total working experiences in project construction area - Formal training in Safety and Risk Management, Internal audit and familiar with the Behavior Based Safety (BBS) concept - Excellent communication skills & presentation skills including report writing skills English is mandatory - Excellent program and project management skills - Proven ability to work effectively at all levels internal and external to the organization - Proven ability to form effective relationships, influence, and engage indirect staff - Working knowledge of engineering, operations and safety standards - Able to travel to projects and sites - Work extended hours to meet section deadlines and emergency situations - Computer literate (MS Office)
2. Back Office (WHCBO) Qualification : - Female, age 22 - 27 years old with professional appearance and pleasant personality - Must be good in conversational English, both in oral and written (ex stewardess preferable) - Minimum D3 graduates (S1 preferable) from a reputable local college/university majoring in any discipline with minimum GPA of 3,00 - Familiar in adminstration - Computer literate (Microsoft Office & Internet) - Quick adapted, self starter, dynamic & pay attention to details - Can start work A.S.A.P
