PROJECT LEGAL SPECIALIST
(Jakarta)
Requirements:
Male / Female below 40 years old
Working experience at least 5 years experience in Telco industry as
similar position
Excellent knowledge in Telco Industry Law, such as site acquisition
Have bachelor degree from reputable university.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Excellent interpersonal skills to allow interaction at all levels of
personnel in various functions.
Fluent in English and Mandarin is advantage
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Possess positive working attitude and able to handle pressure
independently.
Energetic, flexible, adaptable in multi-culture environment and
independent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Details minded, self-motivated and able to work independently to meet
tight deadlines

NATIONAL ROLL OUT MANAGER

Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise overall delivery of the project roll out for
telecommunication infrastructure
Establish project governance and its deliverables, for given objectives
Proactively interface with, and build relationships with the customer and
supplier chain to ensure the needs and issues of the business are properly
addressed
Manage post-sales support & guidance, and customer relationship
Conduct presentation, continual communication with customers to obtain and
comply to specific requirements
Focus on time for Project schedule and budget and deliver on quality
Fulfill the project requirement and satisfy all project stakeholders
Requirements:
Degree in Electronics / Telecommunication / Project Management or
equivalent
More than 5 years’ experience in telecom industry as Project Manager
Good Knowledge of Turn-Key Project Management which includes SA, Civil
Works and Construction of Building / Towers.
Turn-key Project Roll-out experience for a minimum of 3 years (for Turnkey
PM),or I&C experience for a minimum of 3 years(for non-Turnkey PM).
Subcontractor Management and Material Procurement knowledge is vital for
the job is concerned.
Broad telecom industry background and experienced in technical service
operations
Excellent customer relationship management
Well versed in project management tools application
Dynamic, possess good leadership with good sense of responsibility
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in English
PROJECT MANAGER
(Jakarta)
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
Degree in Electronics / Telecommunication / Project Management or
equivalent
More than 3 years experience in telecom industry as Project Manager
PM experience in a turn-key project will be strongly preferred
Broad telecom industry background and experienced in technical service
operations
Excellent customer relationship management
Well versed in project management tools application
Dynamic, possess good leadership with good sense of responsibility
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in English

QUALITY MANAGER
(Jakarta)

Responsibility:
Make and confirm the quality standard with customer.
Output the project quality checklist and self-check template.
Supervise the subcontractor 100% self-check implementation.
Organize project engineering quality inspection.
Output the site evaluation result and quality reports.
Make rectification notice and issue trace table for issue sites.
Trace subcontractor complete the rectification and close the issues.
Responsible for project batch quality issue and reissue cargo issue
treatment.
Implement the training of quality standard and installation criterion for
subcontractor teams.
Organize the training evaluation and output the evaluation results.
Responsible for organization and guide the subcontractor demonstration
site installation and acceptance assessment.
Requirement:
Male, below 40 years
Have knowledge in quality assurance and GSM telecommunication
Good communication skills
Flexibility in dealing with complaints.
Proficiency in English is a must and Mandarin is an advantage.
Time management awareness
Ability to organize and coordinate
Minimum of Bachelor (S-1) degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer
Science or related discipline
Has minimum 3 years experience as Quality Control experience in
telecommunication industry.

TRANSMISSION ROLL OUT DIRECTOR
Requirements:
More than 10 years experience in telecommunication
Have rich experience of large transmission roll-out project (IP and E1),
including MW/MUX/switch in large scale
Strong capability of roll out planning, including target term, internal
and external resources plan and major dependencies and risks
identification.
Strong capability of progress monitoring, bottlenecks identification and
solutions.
Strong leadership and management skill to roll out team for progressing
which is located separately in several regions all over the country
Good communication skills.
Responsibilities:
In charge for large scale transmission project
Be responsible for project from initiation, planning, monitor, control
until closure.
Manage and lead the roll out team locates separately in the country
to achieve the project target. Address the major bottlenecks and implement
solutions.
Give proper report to high management.
Interface to the customer of transmission, can communicate well with
customer’s top management and give professional reports and presentations.

MANAGE SERVICE PROJECT MANAGER
Responsibility:
Responsible for Profit and Loss (P/L) of the Managed Service Operation
Ensure the KPI and SLA is within and even better then those stipulated in
the contract
Ensure payment from the customer on MS service is invoiced and received
within the specified time frame
Formulate the network expansion plan (BSS, NSS, MW) and present to the
customer during every expansion phase
Represent MS to liaise with Project Team on issue related to acceptance
and punch list item
Work closely with ZTE Headquarters on major problem
Ensure the productivity and efficiency of MS by means of continuous
improvement on work flow and procedure

Requirements:
Minimum 1 years experience in managed services project / Minimum 3 years
experience in project management.
Good knowledge and understanding on the telecommunication.
Good communication skills and possess proactive attitude.
Fluent in English is a Must; language proficiency in Chinese will be an
added advantage.
4.6 years of working experience in the telecommunication field is
required.
bachelor’s degree and above.
