Oomph Pte Ltd, a leading creative recruitment agency in Singapore, is seeking a talented, enthusiastic, self-starting Business Development Executive to join our team.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Responsibilities:
The Business Development Executive will have responsibility for overseeing the entire life cycle of project execution from generating quality leads, making presentation and closing sales. Must be reliable to ensure deliverables are on time and on budget. Existing clients must be serviced.

Requirements: 
·         Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business Administration or Mass Communication).
·         Candidate must have the ability and experience to develop and execute comprehensive project plans that include meeting delivery and budget milestones,
·         Candidate must be very detailed, orientated, able to work well under pressure and be flexible in a fast-moving environment.
·         Good writing and presentation skill, able to conduct sales pitch fluently with excellent negotiation skills.  Minimum 2 years of PROVEN sales record.
·         Candidate must be creative, possess good leadership qualities and inter-personal skills.
·         Candidate must be able to multitask and have a passion working in the events industry
·         Candidate must be able to travel and work beyond regular hours when necessary.
