Call Centre Executive (World Class Airline).

Responsibilities:
-To handle Air flight bookings, enquiries, complaints/feedback via phone or email.

Requirements:
-Minimum GCE "O" Level and above, Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Possess the service excellence mindset
- Able to work in a fast paced (Call Centre)
- Possess good typing speed
- Fluent in English and mandarin
- Good communication, interpersonal skills, patient and customer oriented     
- With Call Centre/Customer Service work experiences is an advantage
- Singaporean, SPR and Malaysian are welcome to apply.

Salary: $1500 - $2000 + shift allowance + KPI
Rotating shifts (within 7am-10pm), 9 hours per shift. (5 days work week) Must be prepared to work on shifts, weekends & public holidays.
Location: East area
