Working Days: Monday – Friday

Working Time:  Flexible & Negotiable restricted to 10am to 6pm

Background:

We are a group-buying website – www.cossy.com.sg. We are expanding our merchant base and hope you can assist us in doing so. You will be an important part of our Cossy Team where we will work together.

Job Responsibilities

- Acquisition of New Merchants through cold calls and emails

- Preparing of sales quotations/proposals based on merchant's needs

- Respond to and serve existing customers through appropriate and ethical sales methods

- Support marketing activities

Requirements:

- Female with sweet voice

- Must be able to speak well in English, sound professional and matured

- Studying at Ngee Ann Polytechnic PREFERRED – our office is just walking distance away!

3. Print and arrange for Media Kits


4. Maintain and categorise postcards from IFA counterparts


5. Maintain Zo Hall of Fame file


6. Maintain Calendar of Events


7. Maintain Media Clippings


8. Write Case Studies


9. Write Articles for Navigator Magazine


10. Update Venue Contact List


11. Involvement in certain Ad-Hoc projects that involve building Zo Brand Reputation (for example; compiling postcards for a certain venue/client/agency, arranging for gifts for venue anniversary, etc)


12. Involvement in certain Ad-Hoc projects from clients that require marketing support (for example; goodie bag sponsorships, drafting up power point presentations, etc)


13. Work on portfolio and presentation material


14.  Survey and sourcing


15.  Telephone support and verification on data

Proposed Budget Allowance:

$500.00 a month
