Key Responsibilities:
- BSS processes discussion and finalization with consensus of all stakeholders.
- To achieve & sustain the TCH & Network availability as committed.
- Coordination within TP/vendor FOP teams, as well as between Operational Management, to ensure Network KPIs.
- Monitoring, analyzing & resolving the all Network KPI degradation issues raised by RF & NPA and to ensure their resolution within SLA/OLA.
- Coordination with TP NOC and CRD to ensure a smooth liaison between the customer and the operator.
- Transmission & Asset Optimization to ensure the timely CAPEX saving.
- Supporting the on going BSS/Txn rollout, Swap project & PM activities by sharing resources within & across the regions.
- All around coordination on CM issues with all stakeholders by arranging regional & cross functional meetings.
- For avoidance of any bottleneck in Smooth & correction FLM/SLM on daily basis as per SLA.
- Timely resolution of network Worst Cells & Hardware Issues raised on weekly basis.
- Team development by having continuous connection with team.
- Updating Categories, sub regions and Platinum sites in integration report & declaration of any site OFF-Air.
- Performance reports analysis on different KPIs Issue inquired by FOP Management.
