HECL India invites applications from hardworking and dedicated technical workers in the
various trades :
- Technical Workers :382 posts in various trades, Qualification : Class Xth or Matriculation; and (ii) Industrial Training Institute (ITI) or All India Trade Test for Apprentices pass (National Apprenticeship
Certificate -NAC), Age : 30 years, Experience : 3 years experience.
Stipend and Pay Scale : All India Trade Test passed Apprentices shall be paid consolidated wage of Rs. 7500/- per month and Rs.8500/- in the first and second year of training respectively. The rate of consolidated wage for ITI passed candidates shall be paid 7,000/- PM and 8,000/-PM in the first and second year of
training respectively. After successful completion of training, All India Trade Test passed Apprentices shall be absorbed in the regular establishments as Grade ’E’ worker in the Scale of Pay of Rs.4540-6698/- and ITI passed candidates shall be absorbed in the regular establishments as Grade ’F’ worker in the Scale of Pay of Rs.4440-6365/-.
