We are a Singapore based company, specializing in Facilities Engineering Services, Water & Wastewater Treatment, Air
Pollution Control as well as Resources Recovery.
Currently we are seeking to recruit high calibre and dynamic individuals for the following challenging positions to be stationed in our Jakarta – Indonesia office:
Water Treatment Process Engineer (WTPE)
Job responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Develop process designs for new projects and provides support to sales team in the region
- Provide expert advice / recommendations on various treatability/ optimized design options
- Sits on design review team for projects for technical peer risk review to ensure the design optimization
- Collection and evaluation of operating/pilot data from plants in operation and making recommendations for response to field inquiries based on the results of the analysis
- Interacting with the Project Manager, Sales Dept., and the customers in technical meetings and present design offerings
- Optimize/refine designs based on customer feedback and meeting customers.
- Develop tender cost summaries including equipment, materials and labor calculations for final approval
- Must be familiar/comfortable with water treatment facilities and working on site to troubleshoot existing treatment process performances, and assess proper design requirements
- To build relationships and liaise with internal customers and external suppliers and vendors and manage daily correspondence for quantities, costs and specifications.
Requirements:
- B.S. in Chemical, Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or other technical discipline
- At least 3 years process engineering experience in water treatment
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) will be an asset but not necessary
- Expertise with a broad spectrum of water treatment design process, fabrication and services, both the philosophy of the process as well as electro mechanical aspects including pretreatment, primary and secondary treatments, physical chemical processes, membrane/RO processes, and other advanced treatment processes
- Knowledge of BOMs, part numbering and standard systems, and electro mechanical assembly.
- Outgoing person and posses ability to develop and maintain effective customer relationships and ability to effectively communicate with internal parties, suppliers & customers.
- Tough and hard worker, able to work in team with minimum supervising, values teamwork, customer focus, systematic,
has initiative to improve the job and quality orientation
Water Treatment Project
Engineer (WTPI)
Job responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Execute (fabricate, install, start-up & commission) project for various water treatment technologies
- Responsible for project management and coordinating/finalizing engineering, from marketing hand over through shipment and installation
- Prepare and maintain - budgets, schedules, bid packages, cost extras, P & ID´s , plot plans, bills of materials (for mechanical equipment, valves, pumps etc.), data sheets, layouts, mechanical design/calculations (or review), data sheets, manuals, pipe specs., lining specs., equipment specs. etc., includes sizing/selection of various
mechanical equipment, piping valves, per process requirements
- Interface with mechanical design & parts, instrument/electrical, process, production, purchasing, QA, trouble shooting and shipping.
- Experience of managing deadlines, reporting, and capable of working on their own initiative.
- Co-ordinate and create project specific manuals, interface with customer and suppliers, commissioning/erection crews
- Technical trouble shooting of recurring or major problems.
Requirements:
- Must have at least 2 years of relevant project engineering experience within an engineering environment focusing on industrial water treatment projects
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) will be an asset but not necessary
- Must have excellent communication skills as report writing, and regular communication with clients and staff is a part of this position
- Knowledge of BOMs, part numbering and standard systems, and electro mechanical assembly.
- Outgoing person and posses ability to develop and maintain effective customer relationships and ability to
effectively communicate with internal parties, suppliers & customers.

Procurement & Logistic Staff (PLS)
Job responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Process the purchase orders by liaising with suppliers or head quarter
- Assist in the sourcing locally and overseas for new goods not supplied by regular suppliers
- Review stock purchase by monitoring current stock levels, lead time required for manufacturing, potential price increase, anticipation of new orders from customers, suppliers conditions
- Ensure all purchase are approved within mandated guidelines
- Avoid overstocking by working with warehouse and project team on slow moving inventory
- Review regularly processes to streamline, improve throughput and reduce paper work and rework
- Ensure seamless integration with warehouse and project team
- Arrange air and sea freight and liaise with forwarders on services and costs
- Manage the local and overseas purchase enquiries
- Ensure insurance declaration is done for purchases
- Process GRN (Goods Received Note) and arrange payment to suppliers
- Cost the goods purchased by incorporating freight and ensure that all costs incurred in operating dept are kept within control
Requirements:
- Required skills: computer literate (min. MS Office & Email function), administration skills, well organized.
- Detail-oriented, able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) will be an asset but not necessary
- Knowledge of BOMs, part numbering, and electro mechanical assembly will be an asset but not necessary
- Outgoing person and having ability to develop and maintain effective relationships and ability to effectively communicate with internal parties & suppliers.
- Tough and hard worker, able to work in team, values teamwork, customer focus, systematic, has initiative to

- Experience in purchasing/logistics environment, fresh graduates/entry level applicants is encouraged to apply.
