· Recent experience in oil palm plantation companies min 1 year
· Able to communicate well (English and Indonesian)
· Able to operate computer (Ms. Office, especially Excel)
· Willing to be placed in the plantation area (South Sumatra)
Estate Manager (Kode : ESM)
Qualifications:
· Male age max 40 years
· Graduated S1 of Agriculture (in priority graduates INSTIPER)
· Recent experience in oil palm plantation companies min 1 year
· Able to communicate well (English and Indonesian)
· Able to operate computer (Ms. Office, especially Excel)
· Willing to be placed in the plantation area (South Sumatra)
Kepala Tata Usaha (KTU)
Qualifications:
· Male age max. 35 years
· Graduates min. D3 all the majors (preferably majoring in Administration or
Management)
· Having experience min. 2 years experience in oil palm plantation company
· Able to operate computer (MS Office especially Excel)
· Able to communicate well
· Honest, leadership skill, high initiative, and adult
· Willing to be placed in the plantation areas (areas of South Sumatra)
