Sales Admin (3 months contract)
1) Filing
2) Order/Shipment/Inventory
3) Place PO to BW/SZ or other vendors
4) Manage shipment process & docs for drop shipment
5) Provide monthly custom GST billing
6) Request for new part number to be added into system
7) Provide support for audit
8) PO receipt of incoming stocks
9) Daily invoicing to customer
10) Finding supporting documents & verification of freight invoices
11) Maintain inventory level in QAD (forecast, demo unit request, inventory reports)
12) Generate monthly sales margin & purchase price variance reports
13) RMA management (usage, inventory cycle count)
14) Inventory Cycle count (physical count, reconciliation & discrepancies)
15) Warehouse mgt (control access, maintenance & supervision)
16) Submission & reconcile of monthly inventory report to finance department.
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years shipping, inventory, logistics experience
- Available for 3 to 6 months contract
Salary: $1800 to $2200
Location: Changi
Island wide transportation will be provided at: Tampines, Pasir Ris, Simei, Bedok, Hougang and Seng Kang.
Working hours: Mondays to Fridays
9am to 5.30pm
