System(Windows/Unix/Wintel); Network Engineer

Post 1: Windows/Wintel/Unix Engineer.

Responsibilities:

    * Installation/configuration, operation support and/or administration of Windows / UNIX servers.

Requirements:

    * Diploma or Degree holder with min 1 year experience in Wintel/Windows/Unix server administration and support.
    * Experience in server migrating, Storage Area Network (SAN)/
      Network Attached Storage (NAS)/ Virtual Tape Library (VTL)/Enterprise
      back-up solution/ OS Hardening and performance tuning
 
Post 2: Desktop / Helpdesk Specialist

Responsibilities:

    * Provide 1st and/or 2nd level support to Notebook, Desktops and Networks.
    * Experience & knowledge of Win XP, Win Vista, MS Office, Lotus Notes, printer mapping, etc
    * Familiar with the concepts of basic LAN/WAN networking infrastructure
    * Experience in desktop hardware troubleshooting and diagnosis

Post 3: IT Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities:

    * Be the leader to a team of school support personnel to provide end-user computing support to schools.
    * Responsible to conduct regular customer visits, manage and possess people management skills to counsel support personnel.
    * Assist to up-sell services, address escalated issues, billing queries and delegate assignments to support personnel.
    * Coordinate desktop education programmes for Customers.
    * Be the single-point of contact to Schools under your care, rollout and coordinate implementation activities in Schools.

Requirements:

    * Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
    * GCE “O” or “A” level or “SPM” English min B4
    * Experienced in customer service, human resource coordination and contract administration.
    * Singaporean, SPR  & Malaysian are welcome to apply
