Senior Consultant of Human Resources (Code: SC HR)
The Roles:
* Lead talent management consulting project that identify, assess, map, and develop our clients’ talents
* Develop talent management consulting methodologies in serving our clients
To apply, you must specifically be:
* Experienced in HR services and Talent Management methodology
* Have a Master's degree, with GPA (IP) minimum of 3.4 (our of 4.0)
* Have excellent presentation skills in English and Indonesian
* Have at least 5 years of work experience in managerial position
* Have experiences in leading implementation of company-wide projects
* Be highly achievement driven, yet humble in self-improvements
