Accounts Assistant - 2 to 3 months temp - $2000 to $2400

Assistant Accountant.

• Responsible for the collation of figures for the monthly reporting for the Malaysia business and the input into Hyperion.
• Responsible for entire foreign payment process for Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam including preparation of TT's and processing through SAP.
• Processing of all local AP invoices for Malaysia in SAP.
• Processing of all freight related invoices for Singapore in SAP including monthly reconciliations of the supplier accounts.
• Bank reconciliations for Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam.
• Negotiation of Letter of Credit and regular communication with banking institutions.
• Liaise with external auditors.
• Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Accounting Manager.

Job requirements:
- Experienced in Accounts payable and must have SAP experience
- 2 to 3 months temp
- Salary: $2000 to $2400
- Location: East
