Job Responsibilities:-
· Attend to customers’ enquiries and schedule appointments
· Liaise with internal service crews or inter-department staff and/or external agencies and contractors
· Effectively managing the smooth flow of daily operations
· Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor
Pre-requisites:-
· Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification preferably with 2 years or working experience in a call centre or customer service environment
· Possess a pleasant voice, positive attitude and good communication skills
· Able to converse in basic Mandarin and dialects will be an added advantage (to converse with Mandarin speaking customers)
· Able to work independently and effectively as a team
Working schedule:-
Must be able to commit 5.5 days (alt Sat)
Working location: Senoko (Transport pickup available from Sembawang MRT station)
