Customer Service Assistant (Full Time/Part Time).
Responsibilities
  • To handle taxi bookings, enquiries, complaints/feedback and offer service recovery
Requirements
  • GCE "O" Level and above
  • Must be prepared to work on shifts, weekends & public holidays
  • Possess the service excellence mindset
  • Able to work in a fast paced Call Centre
  • Be familiar with buildings and road names
  • Possess good typing speed
  • Dependent pass holders are welcome to apply
