Jobscope:
•Customer liaison; handling customers’ calls and enquiries.
-Process internal and external customer orders and credits in a timely fashion, in accordance with customer requirements and Same Day shipment procedure.
-Ensure on-time product delivery in accordance to customer requirements and investigation of problems related to the shipment of products, credits, new orders and other customer-related issues.
-Liaise with local freight forwarders/warehouse/vendors for the delivery of goods to the delivery destinations.
-Process customer returns goods for credit and/or replacement.
-Verifies customer pricing discrepancies and processing of invoice corrections.
-Input sales orders and customer information into Oracle system.
Working hour: 8.30am-5.30pm (Mon-Fri)
Requirements:
Diploma BA/ Logistics Mgmt/ equivalent with 2-4 years experience in the supply chain, customer service, order processing and/or sales coordinator role. Knowledge of SAP/ Oracle. Basic knowledge of L/Cs.
