Temporary Staff x 3

We are looking for 2 Store Assistants and 1 Admin Assistant for our project.

STORE ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:

  • To perform simple inventory duties
  • To perform stock count duties
  • To perform data entry duties
  • Ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
  • MS Office application skills essential
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Contract period : Now to December 
  • Working Hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm
  • Strictly Singaporeans and SPRs only
Candidates with NTC / NITEC or some basic technical knowledge preferred.


ADMIN ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:

  • To schedule installations
  • To backup Trainer 
  • To answer drivers' inquiry calls 
  • Ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
  • MS Office application skills essential
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Contract period : August to November
  • Working Hours: 8:00am to 5:30pm
  • Strictly Singaporeans and SPRs only
Pay rate : $6 per hour / weekday and $7 per hour / weekend
Candidates with technical experience might be offered a higher rate.
