Monday to Friday (5 day work week)
Working Hours: 9am - 6pm
Location: Jurong West (Boon Lay MRT)
Job Scope:
Assist Sales Team Office with general admin duties.
1. Handle emails
2. Basic Filing of Documents
3. Basic Data Entry
4. Assist Office Payroll Functions at Month's end
5. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
The Requirements:
- Able to start work within short notice.
- Possess pleasant, cheerful, vibrant personality & good attitude.
- Good interpersonal communication skills.
- Computer Literacy a MUST.
- Proficiency in MS Word & MS Excel.
- Service oriented with high level of initiative.
- Accuracy & attention to detail needed.
- Relevant work experience will be an advantage.
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level
- Good written and spoken English.
- Fluent in a 2nd Language a plus.
