Responsibilities
- To handle taxi bookings, enquiries, complaints/feedback and offer service recovery
- GCE "O" Level and above
- Must be prepared to work on shifts, weekends & public holidays
- Possess the service excellence mindset
- Able to work in a fast paced Call Centre
- Be familiar with buildings and road names
- Possess good typing speed
- Dependent pass holders are welcome to apply
