CUSTOMER SERVICE

Responsibility

Responsible for coordinating customer needs.
To respond completely to customer requests and other related issues.
To interface with marketing on customer’s reports.
To track customers complaint and ensure response from the factory to be deliver to the customers timely
To deploy customers expectation to the factory accordingly.
To coordinate customer’s special requests

Qualification

Degree Holder from any major preferably English Lecture
Fluent in English both oral and written
Team player
Self Motivated
Have a good personality
Able to work under pressure
Willing to be stationed in Batam
