Role Synopsis

* IT&S team occupies a pivotal place within BP. We have the challenging and exciting task of finding the best digital solutions for E&P and implementing them at scale.
* As an IT&S Graduate, you will be expected to contribute while learning. We will equip you with 9 IT&S profession in our IT&S Academy, and so you will have the opportunity to reach your full professional potential. We will prepare you to become our next generation of IT&S leader.

Essential Criteria & Qualifications

* To be considered for this role, you must meet the following minimum criteria:
* Be a citizen of Indonesia.
* Be in your final year of study or have completed related degree within last 2 (two years).
* Have graduated or will graduate with a grade point average of at least 3.0 out of 4.0 scale.
* No more than 2 years work experience.
* Have a good command of English, both oral and written.

Desirable Criteria & Qualifications

* Dynamic, goal focused and career-oriented.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels and across different disciplines.
* Aptitude to innovate and be open to new ideas.
