Responsibilities
·         Provide administrative support to IROs to ensure daily operations are maintained in an effective, up-to-date and accurate manner:
-          Type reports, letters, etc.;
-          Maintain office files;
-          Open and distribute mail;
-          Take minutes at meetings;
-          Distribute minutes;
-          Documents management;
-          Coordinate repair services to office equipments

·         Provide support to Exco to ensure that Exco is provided with  the resources to make effective decisions:
-          Schedule meetings;
-          Prepare reports;
-          Prepare correspondence to Exco, etc

·         Provide Receptionist Services:
-          Attend to walk-in members;
-          Answer phone calls;
-          Direct calls and respond to members’ queries

·         Provide admin & logistics support to SISEU events;
-          Perform any other related duties as required


Requirements
·         Diploma holder in any discipline;
·         Competent in MS Office applications including MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Access will be advantageous;
·         Able to do simple presentation;
·         Responsible individual who is pro-active and adaptive;
·         Possess good attitude, eager to learn and is an effective team worker
