Project Co-ordinator

Responsibilities: 

·         Provide backend preparation and support for projects/events

·         Support any ad-hoc administrative tasks

·         Sourcing for event supplies

·         Assist with service and negotiation with clients and contractors

·         Ensure smooth execution of events

Requirements:-

·         Minimum Diploma holder in any discipline.

·         Fresh Graduates are welcomed.

·         Experience in Events/Entertainment industry will be advantageous

·         Able to speak and write fluent English

·         Good communication & Interpersonal skill

·         Proficient in MS Office

·         Able to work late nights and weekends when required.

·         Good team player

·         Proactive with Creative flair

·         Immediate position available for Singaporean or PR only
