We are looking for a operations assistant to help out in the day to day running of our camera rental business.
Job Description:
- Maintaining the daily operations of RentCamera@SG
- Manage bookings and reservations of rental transactions
- Ensure that products and displays are consistently well presented / Maintain appearance and cleanliness of the store and merchandise
- Provide professional photography equipment advice and recommendation
- Actively promote photography equipment and accessories
- Maintaining and updating the company website at www.rentcamera.com.sg, updating promotions on various websites we advertise on.
- Answering enquries on the various mediums that customers reach out to us, including sms/calls, emails, facebook messages/IM and PMs on forums we advertise on.
- Manage stock inventory (regular checking of equipment and make recommendations to the purchasing manager)
