B. PERSYARATAN PELAMAR
1. Umum
a. Warga Negara Indonesia Yang Bertakwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa dan memiliki integritas yang tinggi kepada NKRI.
b. Tidak berkedudukan sebagai CPNS/PNS, Calon Anggota/Anggota TNI/POLRI.
c. Tidak berkedudukan sebagai Anggota atau Pengurus Partai Politik.
d. Tidak pernah diberhentikan sebagai PNS/Anggota TNI/POLRI baik secara hormat maupun tidak hormat.
e. Tidak pernah dihukum penjara atau kurungan berdasarkan Putusan Pengadilan yang mempunyai kekuatan hukum tetap.
f. Memenuhi jenjang pendidikan dan kualifikasi pendidikan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan.
g. Sehat jasmani dan rohani dan bebas pemakaian narkoba yang dibuktikan dengan
Surat Keterangan Sehat dan Bebas Narkoba.
h. Berkelakuan baik yang dibuktikan dengan Surat Keterangan Berkelakuan Baik (SKKB) dari Kepolisian yang masih berlaku.
2. Khusus
a. Penduduk Jabodetabek (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi) yang dibuktikan dengan fotocopy KTP yang masih berlaku.
b. Lulus dari perguruan tinggi dengan ketentuan :
1). Untuk Kelompok Teknik & Kelompok Pengelola Keuangan dan Data Informasi
Lulus dari Perguruan Tinggi Negeri IPK Minimal 2.50 atau Lulus Perguruan Tinggi Swasta yang telah mendapatkan akreditasi minimal B dari Badan Akreditasi Nasional Perguruan Tinggi dengan IPK Minimal 2.70 .
2). Untuk Kelompok Kesehatan
Lulus dari Perguruan Tinggi Negeri IPK Minimal 2.70 atau Lulus Perguruan Tinggi Swasta yang telah mendapatkan akreditasi minimal B dari Badan Akreditasi Nasional Perguruan Tinggi dengan IPK Minimal 3.00.
3). Kelompok Administratif
Lulus dari Perguruan Tinggi Negeri IPK Minimal 2.70 atau Lulus Perguruan Tinggi Swasta yang telah mendapatkan akreditasi A dari Badan Akreditasi Nasional Perguruan Tinggi dengan IPK Minimal 3.00.
Catatan :
Untuk ijazah Perguruan Tinggi Luar Negeri harus mendapat pengesahan dari Ditjen DIKTI disertai dengan konversi IPK ke dalam skala 4.
c. Menguasai bahasa Inggris dengan baik yang dibuktikan dengan melampirkan bukti hasil tes kemampuan bahasa Inggris sebagai berikut :
1) International TOEFL dengan nilai minimum 400.
2) IELTS dengan nilai minimum 4.0.
3) EPT dengan nilai minimum 400.
4) TOEFL Prediction dengan nilai 400
d. Ketentuan usia adalah sebagai berikut :
1) Bagi S1 usia minimum 18 tahun dan usia maksimum 35 tahun per 1 Desember 2009.
2) Bagi D3 usia minimum 18 tahun dan usia maksimum 28 tahun per 1 Desember 2009.
e. Persyaratan untuk olahragawan berprestasi adalah sebagai berikut :
1) Penduduk Jabodetabek (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi) yang dibuktikan dengan fotocopy KTP yang masih berlaku.
2) Berusia minimum 18 (delapan belas) tahun dan maksimum 35 (tiga puluh lima) tahun per 1 Desember 2009.
3) Berpendidikan SLTA dan sederajat yang dibuktikan dengan ijazah SLTA yang sudah dilegalisir
4) Memiliki prestasi nyata dengan medali baik di tingkat nasional maupun internasional, pada :
a) Asian Games atau Olimpiade/Para Olimpic, minimal Juara III/Medali Perunggu.
b) Pekan Olahraga SEA Games/Para Games, minimal Juara II/Medali Perak.
c) Pekan Olahraga Nasional (PON)/Pekan Olahraga Cacat Nasional (PORCANAS), sebagai Juara I/Medali Emas.
a. Persyaratan untuk Pelatih Olahraga Berprestasi sebagai berikut :
1) Penduduk Jabodetabek (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi) yang dibuktikan dengan fotocopy KTP yang masih berlaku.
2) Berusia minimum 18 (delapan belas) tahun dan maksimum 35 (tiga puluh lima)
tahun per 1 Desember 2009.
3) Berpendidikan SLTA dan sederajat yang dibuktikan dengan ijazah SLTA yang sudah dilegalisir.
4) Memiliki pengalaman sebagai pelatih yang menghasilkan Olahragawan Berprestasi baik nasional maupun internasional.
C. TATA CARA PENDAFTARAN/ LAMARAN
1. Pelamar wajib memiliki alamat email yang aktif untuk mengikuti proses rekruitmen CPNS Provinsi DKI Jakarta.
2. Setiap pelamar harus melakukan Registrasi Online melalui situs resmi Pemprov DKI Jakarta di alamat www.rekrutmen. jakarta.go. id.
3. Setiap pelamar hanya diperkenankan registrasi hanya satu kali.
4. Setiap pelamar diminta untuk mengupload pas foto berwana terbaru dengan ukuran closeup 4 x 6.
5. Setelah mengisi form pendaftaran online, peserta yang memenuhi syarat akan mendapatkan account untuk memantau proses seleksi selanjutnya (id dan password dikirim melalui email pelamar).
6. Jika terdapat kesalahan pengisian data setelah pendaftaran online dilakukan, peserta dapat memperbaikinya dengan menggunakan account yang telah diberikan. Hati-hati data akan terkunci (tidak dapat diperbaiki lagi) jika peserta sudah mendownload form registrasi online.
7. Selanjutnya peserta wajib mengirimkan berkas kepada panitia yang berisi :
a. Hasil cetakan registrasi online :
1) Biodata pelamar yang telah dilengkapi pas foto Surat Penyataan yang telah ditandatangani pelamar diatas materai Rp.6000,-
2) Surat lamaran yang telah ditandatangani pelamar.
b. Lampiran Berkas :
1) Foto copy ijazah yang dilegalisasir oleh pejabat yang berwenang/Surat keterangan lulus (asli).
2) Foto copy transkrip nilai yang dilegalisasir oleh pejabat yang berwenang.
3) Fotokopi KTP (Hanya KTP Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang dan Bekasi yang akan diproses).
4) Fotocopy sertifikat Tes Kemampuan Bahasa Inggris yang telah dilegalisir sesuai persyaratan (khusus jenjang pendidikan D3, S1 dan Profesi).
5) Khusus Olahragawan dan Pelatih Olahraga :
- Foto copy Piagam/sertifikat atas prestasinya yang dikeluarkan oleh
lembaga/induk organisasi olahraga yang berwenang.
- Foto copy sah sertifikat/piagam/ surat keterangan dari induk organisasi
cabang olahraga atau lembaga yang membidangi keolahragaan.
8. Seluruh berkas lamaran disusun rapi dalam map jepit berlubang (snelhecter) dan
dimasukkan dalam amplop berwarna coklat. Susunan berkas diurut sebagai berikut
a. Biodata pelamar yang telah dilengkapi pas foto.
b. Fotocopy KTP (di steples di pojok kanan atas biodata peserta).
c. Fotocopy Ijazah yang sudah dilegalisir/ surat keterangan lulus asli dari Perguruan Tinggi.
d. Fotocopy transkrip yang telah dilegalisir.
e. Fotocopy Sertifikat Tes Kemampuan Bahasa Inggris yang telah dilegalisir (khusus
jenjang pendidikan D3, S1 dan Profesi).
f. Surat Lamaran yang telah ditandatangani.
g. Surat Pernyataan yang telah ditandatangani diatas materai Rp.6000,-
h. Foto copy Piagam/sertifikat atas prestasinya yang dikeluarkan oleh lembaga/induk
organisasi olahraga yang berwenang (khusus untuk kelompok olahragawan dan pelatih olahraga berprestasi) .
i. Foto copy sah sertifikat/piagam/ surat keterangan dari induk organisasi cabang
olahraga atau lembaga yang membidangi keolahragaan (khusus untuk kelompok olahragawan dan pelatih olahraga berprestasi) .
9. Panitia tidak menerima berkas selain yang disampaikan melalui PO.BOX dan data
lamaran dikirimkan melalui PO BOX sesuai dengan Kelompok.

10. Ketentuan warna map jepit berlubang (snelhecter) bagi pelamar adalah sebagai berikut
a. Kelompok Teknik, Map warna Merah.
b. Kelompok Pengelola Keuangan & Data Informasi, Map warna Kuning.
c. Kelompok Kesehatan, Map warna Hijau.
d. Kelompok Administrasi, Map warna Biru.
e. Kelompok Olahragawan dan Pelatih Olahraga Berprestasi, Map Warna Oranye.
11. Pada sebelah kanan atas map ditempel kode peserta. Pada sebelah kiri atas amplop ditempel kode peserta dan pada sebelah kanan bawah ditempel alamat pengiriman.
Kode peserta dan alamat pengiriman dapat didownload untuk selanjutnya digunting dan
ditempelkan sesuai dengan ketentuan yang tersebut diatas.
D. PROSES SELEKSI
Seleksi dilaksanakan tahapan sebagai berikut :
1. SELEKSI ADMINISTRASI
a. Berkas lamaran yang tidak lengkap dan atau tidak sesuai ketentuan akan langsung dinyatakan gagal administrasi.
b. Bagi peserta yang dinyatakan lulus seleksi administrasi akan diumumkan di web dan diminta mendownload form Pengambilan Kartu tanda peserta ujian yang harus
dibawa pada saat Proses Daftar Ulang.
2. DAFTAR ULANG
a. Peserta yang dinyatakan lulus seleksi administrasi diminta untuk melakukan daftar ulang ditempat yang telah ditentukan.
b. Untuk daftar ulang peserta diharuskan membawa form pengambilan kartu tanda peserta ujian yang dapat didownload melalui account masing – masing peserta yang dinyatakan lulus.
c. Pengambilan kartu tanda peserta ujian harus dilakukan sendiri oleh peserta dan tidak dapat diwakilkan.
d. Peserta yang tidak melakukan daftar ulang tidak akan mendapatkan kartu tanda peserta ujian dan tidak boleh mengikuti ujian tertulis.
3. UJIAN TERTULIS
a. Hanya peserta yang dinyatakan lulus seleksi administrasi dan mendapat kartu tanda peserta ujian yang dapat mengikuti ujian tertulis.
b. Materi ujian tertulis terdiri dari :
1) Tes Pengetahuan Umum (TPU) meliputi : Bidang ideologi, Politik, Ekonomi, Sosial dan Budaya, Hankam dan Hukum.
2) Tes Bakat Skolastik (TBS) meliputi : Kemampuan Verbal, Kuantitatif, dan Penalaran.
3) Tes Substantif (TS), meliputi; Keterampilan yang berkaitan dengan kompetensi jabatan/pekerjaan (untuk Kelompok kesehatan, teknik dan pengelola keuangan, kecuali D3 Komputer).
E. JADUAL PELAKSANAAN
1. Pengumuman di media cetak tanggal 23 Oktober 2009.
2. Registrasi online dimulai tanggal 24 Oktober 2009 pukul 09.00 WIB s/d 31 Oktober 2009 pukul 24.00 WIB.
3. Berkas lamaran diterima panitia melalui PO BOX selambat-lambatnya tanggal 2 November 2009 (cap pos)
4. Pengumuman hasil seleksi Administrasi mulai tanggal 5 & 7 November 2009.
5. Daftar Ulang/Pengambilan Kartu Tanda Peserta Ujian dilaksanakan pada tanggal 9 s/d 11 November 2009.
6. Pelaksanaan Ujian tertulis akan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 14 November 2009.
F. TEMPAT PELAKSANAAN
1. Daftar Ulang/Pengambilan Kartu Tanda Peserta Ujian:
Lokasi pengambilan kartu tanda peserta ujian akan ditentukan bersamaan dengan pengumuman hasil seleksi administrasi melalui website.
2. Lokasi Ujian Tertulis :
Lokasi ujian tertulis seleksi CPNS Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta adalah di Gelora Bung Karno, Jakarta sedangkan ruangan lokasi ujian akan ditentukan kemudian.
G. KETENTUAN LAIN-LAIN
1. Panitia tidak memproses setiap lamaran yang tidak memenuhi ketentuan yang
ditetapkan oleh panitia.
2. Berkas lamaran tidak dikembalikan dan menjadi milik panitia.
3. Pelamar tidak dipungut biaya apapun.
4. Keputusan panitia bersifat mutlak dan tidak dapat diganggu-gugat.
5. Lamaran yang disampaikan sebelum pengumuman ini dibuat, dinyatakan tidak berlaku.
6. Biaya transportasi dan akomodasi selama mengikuti tahapan tes di tanggung oleh
pelamar.
7. Setiap pelamar yang memberikan informasi tidak benar dan bersifat merugikan dapat dituntut sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku.
8. Untuk membantu kesulitan teknis perihal proses pendaftaran di internet kami membuka jalur komunikasi melalui email ke alamat : Layanan@rekrutmen. jakarta.go. id. Segala bentuk korespondensi hanya dilakukan melalui alamat email tersebut
9. Pelamar yang telah dinyatakan lulus hingga tahapan akhir seleksi diwajibkan untuk membuat pernyataan diatas materai Rp. 6000,- berisi : pernyataan bersedia ditempatkan dimana saja sesuai dengan kebutuhan formasi dan tidak mengundurkan diri.

d. Ketentuan usia adalah sebagai berikut :

e. Persyaratan untuk olahragawan berprestasi adalah sebagai berikut :

3) Berpendidikan SLTA dan sederajat yang dibuktikan dengan ijazah SLTA yang sudah dilegalisir
4) Memiliki prestasi nyata dengan medali baik di tingkat nasional maupun internasional, pada :
a) Asian Games atau Olimpiade/Para Olimpic, minimal Juara III/Medali Perunggu.
b) Pekan Olahraga SEA Games/Para Games, minimal Juara II/Medali Perak.
c) Pekan Olahraga Nasional (PON)/Pekan Olahraga Cacat Nasional (PORCANAS), sebagai Juara I/Medali Emas.
a. Persyaratan untuk Pelatih Olahraga Berprestasi sebagai berikut :
1) Penduduk Jabodetabek (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi) yang dibuktikan dengan fotocopy KTP yang masih berlaku.

C. TATA CARA PENDAFTARAN/ LAMARAN
1. Pelamar wajib memiliki alamat email yang aktif untuk mengikuti proses rekruitmen CPNS Provinsi DKI Jakarta.
2. Setiap pelamar harus melakukan Registrasi Online melalui situs resmi Pemprov DKI Jakarta di alamat www.rekrutmen. jakarta.go. id.
3. Setiap pelamar hanya diperkenankan registrasi hanya satu kali.
4. Setiap pelamar diminta untuk mengupload pas foto berwana terbaru dengan ukuran closeup 4 x 6.
5. Setelah mengisi form pendaftaran online, peserta yang memenuhi syarat akan mendapatkan account untuk memantau proses seleksi selanjutnya (id dan password dikirim melalui email pelamar).
6. Jika terdapat kesalahan pengisian data setelah pendaftaran online dilakukan, peserta dapat memperbaikinya dengan menggunakan account yang telah diberikan. Hati-hati data akan terkunci (tidak dapat diperbaiki lagi) jika peserta sudah mendownload form registrasi online.
7. Selanjutnya peserta wajib mengirimkan berkas kepada panitia yang berisi :
a. Hasil cetakan registrasi online :
1) Biodata pelamar yang telah dilengkapi pas foto Surat Penyataan yang telah ditandatangani pelamar diatas materai Rp.6000,-
2) Surat lamaran yang telah ditandatangani pelamar.
b. Lampiran Berkas :
1) Foto copy ijazah yang dilegalisasir oleh pejabat yang berwenang/Surat keterangan lulus (asli).
2) Foto copy transkrip nilai yang dilegalisasir oleh pejabat yang berwenang.
3) Fotokopi KTP (Hanya KTP Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang dan Bekasi yang akan diproses).
4) Fotocopy sertifikat Tes Kemampuan Bahasa Inggris yang telah dilegalisir sesuai persyaratan (khusus jenjang pendidikan D3, S1 dan Profesi).
5) Khusus Olahragawan dan Pelatih Olahraga :
- Foto copy Piagam/sertifikat atas prestasinya yang dikeluarkan oleh
lembaga/induk organisasi olahraga yang berwenang.
- Foto copy sah sertifikat/piagam/ surat keterangan dari induk organisasi
cabang olahraga atau lembaga yang membidangi keolahragaan.
8. Seluruh berkas lamaran disusun rapi dalam map jepit berlubang (snelhecter) dan
dimasukkan dalam amplop berwarna coklat. Susunan berkas diurut sebagai berikut
a. Biodata pelamar yang telah dilengkapi pas foto.
b. Fotocopy KTP (di steples di pojok kanan atas biodata peserta).
c. Fotocopy Ijazah yang sudah dilegalisir/ surat keterangan lulus asli dari Perguruan Tinggi.
d. Fotocopy transkrip yang telah dilegalisir.
e. Fotocopy Sertifikat Tes Kemampuan Bahasa Inggris yang telah dilegalisir (khusus
jenjang pendidikan D3, S1 dan Profesi).
f. Surat Lamaran yang telah ditandatangani.
g. Surat Pernyataan yang telah ditandatangani diatas materai Rp.6000,-
h. Foto copy Piagam/sertifikat atas prestasinya yang dikeluarkan oleh lembaga/induk
organisasi olahraga yang berwenang (khusus untuk kelompok olahragawan dan pelatih olahraga berprestasi) .
i. Foto copy sah sertifikat/piagam/ surat keterangan dari induk organisasi cabang
olahraga atau lembaga yang membidangi keolahragaan (khusus untuk kelompok olahragawan dan pelatih olahraga berprestasi) .
9. Panitia tidak menerima berkas selain yang disampaikan melalui PO.BOX dan data
lamaran dikirimkan melalui PO BOX sesuai dengan Kelompok.

10. Ketentuan warna map jepit berlubang (snelhecter) bagi pelamar adalah sebagai berikut

b. Kelompok Pengelola Keuangan & Data Informasi, Map warna Kuning.
c. Kelompok Kesehatan, Map warna Hijau.
d. Kelompok Administrasi, Map warna Biru.
e. Kelompok Olahragawan dan Pelatih Olahraga Berprestasi, Map Warna Oranye.
11. Pada sebelah kanan atas map ditempel kode peserta. Pada sebelah kiri atas amplop ditempel kode peserta dan pada sebelah kanan bawah ditempel alamat pengiriman.
Kode peserta dan alamat pengiriman dapat didownload untuk selanjutnya digunting dan
ditempelkan sesuai dengan ketentuan yang tersebut diatas.
D. PROSES SELEKSI
Seleksi dilaksanakan tahapan sebagai berikut :
1. SELEKSI ADMINISTRASI
a. Berkas lamaran yang tidak lengkap dan atau tidak sesuai ketentuan akan langsung dinyatakan gagal administrasi.
b. Bagi peserta yang dinyatakan lulus seleksi administrasi akan diumumkan di web dan diminta mendownload form Pengambilan Kartu tanda peserta ujian yang harus
dibawa pada saat Proses Daftar Ulang.
2. DAFTAR ULANG
a. Peserta yang dinyatakan lulus seleksi administrasi diminta untuk melakukan daftar ulang ditempat yang telah ditentukan.
b. Untuk daftar ulang peserta diharuskan membawa form pengambilan kartu tanda peserta ujian yang dapat didownload melalui account masing – masing peserta yang dinyatakan lulus.
c. Pengambilan kartu tanda peserta ujian harus dilakukan sendiri oleh peserta dan tidak dapat diwakilkan.
d. Peserta yang tidak melakukan daftar ulang tidak akan mendapatkan kartu tanda peserta ujian dan tidak boleh mengikuti ujian tertulis.
3. UJIAN TERTULIS
a. Hanya peserta yang dinyatakan lulus seleksi administrasi dan mendapat kartu tanda peserta ujian yang dapat mengikuti ujian tertulis.
b. Materi ujian tertulis terdiri dari :
1) Tes Pengetahuan Umum (TPU) meliputi : Bidang ideologi, Politik, Ekonomi, Sosial dan Budaya, Hankam dan Hukum.
2) Tes Bakat Skolastik (TBS) meliputi : Kemampuan Verbal, Kuantitatif, dan Penalaran.
3) Tes Substantif (TS), meliputi; Keterampilan yang berkaitan dengan kompetensi jabatan/pekerjaan (untuk Kelompok kesehatan, teknik dan pengelola keuangan, kecuali D3 Komputer).
E. JADUAL PELAKSANAAN
1. Pengumuman di media cetak tanggal 23 Oktober 2009.
2. Registrasi online dimulai tanggal 24 Oktober 2009 pukul 09.00 WIB s/d 31 Oktober 2009 pukul 24.00 WIB.
3. Berkas lamaran diterima panitia melalui PO BOX selambat-lambatnya tanggal 2 November 2009 (cap pos)
4. Pengumuman hasil seleksi Administrasi mulai tanggal 5 & 7 November 2009.
5. Daftar Ulang/Pengambilan Kartu Tanda Peserta Ujian dilaksanakan pada tanggal 9 s/d 11 November 2009.
6. Pelaksanaan Ujian tertulis akan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 14 November 2009.
F. TEMPAT PELAKSANAAN
1. Daftar Ulang/Pengambilan Kartu Tanda Peserta Ujian:
Lokasi pengambilan kartu tanda peserta ujian akan ditentukan bersamaan dengan pengumuman hasil seleksi administrasi melalui website.
2. Lokasi Ujian Tertulis :
Lokasi ujian tertulis seleksi CPNS Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta adalah di Gelora Bung Karno, Jakarta sedangkan ruangan lokasi ujian akan ditentukan kemudian.
G. KETENTUAN LAIN-LAIN
1. Panitia tidak memproses setiap lamaran yang tidak memenuhi ketentuan yang
ditetapkan oleh panitia.
2. Berkas lamaran tidak dikembalikan dan menjadi milik panitia.
3. Pelamar tidak dipungut biaya apapun.
4. Keputusan panitia bersifat mutlak dan tidak dapat diganggu-gugat.
5. Lamaran yang disampaikan sebelum pengumuman ini dibuat, dinyatakan tidak berlaku.
6. Biaya transportasi dan akomodasi selama mengikuti tahapan tes di tanggung oleh
pelamar.
7. Setiap pelamar yang memberikan informasi tidak benar dan bersifat merugikan dapat dituntut sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku.
8. Untuk membantu kesulitan teknis perihal proses pendaftaran di internet kami membuka jalur komunikasi melalui email ke alamat : Layanan@rekrutmen. jakarta.go. id. Segala bentuk korespondensi hanya dilakukan melalui alamat email tersebut
9. Pelamar yang telah dinyatakan lulus hingga tahapan akhir seleksi diwajibkan untuk membuat pernyataan diatas materai Rp. 6000,- berisi : pernyataan bersedia ditempatkan dimana saja sesuai dengan kebutuhan formasi dan tidak mengundurkan diri.
10. Pengumuman dan informasi lain yang berkaitan dengan seleksi Calon Pegawai Negeri
