DRILL & BLAST ENGINEER
Develop drill and blast designs, implement designs in conjunction with blasting sub-contractor and monitor drill and blast results, acknowledging inefficiencies and recommending changes accordingly to ensure high quality, cost effective and safe blasting occur.

1. Min Bachelor degree in Mining or Geologist with Class II Blaster Certificate,

Control and monitor equipment moving activities in all project sites to ensure company s plant and equipments are available and in optimum condition for supporting company s field operation efficiently and effectively conform with BMP (Business mining Petrosea).
Requirements:

• Development of a work schedule including parts, materials and manpower to be incorporated in the short term execution plans

SENIOR MAINTENANCE PLANNER
This position is as a part of Maintenance Planning Team in Balikpapan- (execution team) with ultimate responsibility to Assist Maintenance Planning Superintendent in preparing of maintenance activities, major component maintenance schedules, and maintenance management initiatives and work practices.
Senior Maintenance Planner Balikpapan will also be responsible to assist Maintenance Planners on sites for scheduling, planning and preparing major plant shutdowns. Responsible also for providing professional advice to planning team on sites on issues relating to maintenance programs as well as for condition monitoring, SOS result etc. Assisting in imrovement activities in the core maintenance processes on site.
Requirements:
1. Self-driven and self-sufficient, works flexible hours to accomodate the job requirments

3) Monitor Daily equipment status and every effort should be made to assist site in reducing the total down time of equipment on site operation especially for P1 Category
4) Liaise with project maintenance planner and maintenance superintendent to produce Scope of work of Component Change Out program and ensure all support documents are managed and comply. Such as; approved SOW list, Part list defect list schedule/ time frame, condition monitoring, CCOA
5) To assist maintenance superintendent to provide work instruction regarding to maintenance planning procedure activities
6) All critical SOS recommendation are allowed and actioned after consultation with the maintenance Superintendent before scheduling any SOS follow up action
7) Ensuring sites are record and document all tasks completed and related records, maintenance event, in order to ensure all maintenance events are recorded accurately, accurate, timely and reliably.
SENIOR MINING ENGINEER (JAKARTA & SITE)
Monitor, control and supervise mining staff and resources in order to produce systems and procedures that effectively support the mining operations in achieving performance within budget.
Requirements:
1. Min. Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering
2. Min. 3 years experience as a Mining Engineer in open-cut mining
3. Fluent in English, written and verbal

The coal deposit supporting the KPC mining area is of the Miocene Age. It occurs in the Balikpapan formation within the Kutai Basin 20 km from the coast in low, undulating rainforest country with incised stream channels and steeply sided ridge tops in places.
The coal was formed under geological conditions which resulted in almost uncontaminated organic deposits which were, over the past 20 million years, converted into thick, clean coal seams containing unusually low levels of ash. In addition, the coal was subjected to unique pressures exerted by a geological intrusion called the Pinang Dome. These pressures elevated the coal to a higher rank than its age would normally suggest.
Coal deposits divided onto two blocks named Sangatta Block and Bengalon Block where these two area separated by Bengalon River in the centra of Kaltim Prima Coal lease.

The overburden consists of incompetent mudstones, siltstones and sandstones.
In Bengalon Block, coal occurs in three principal seams in the west part of Bengalon and three other seams in the east part. Seam thickness varies from 0.8 metres to 10 metres. In support of the blue sky program and the diversification of the business, PGN is developing land-based gas transportation modes, namely inland LNG and CNG. These will be used to distribute gas to markets or industrial zones, particularly those beyond the reach of the natural gas pipeline network.

Reporting to Operation Superintendent and work closely with Engineering Supervisor, this position will lead, organize and provide direction for all foremen and crews of overburden in a safe, effective manner on time and within target budget; familiar with operational best practices in loading point, haul road, and dumping area; familiar with machine application standard; achieve daily targets of machine utilization;

1. Production Supervisor (Code: PSV)
Reporting to Operation Superintendent and work closely with Engineering Supervisor, this position will lead, organize and provide direction for all foremen and crews of overburden in a safe, effective manner on time and within target budget; familiar with operational best practices in loading point, haul road, and dumping area; familiar with machine application standard; achieve daily targets of machine utilization;

2. Mine Engineer Supervisor (Code: MES)
Work closely with Production Supervisor, this position will be responsible to support projects with short and long term mine planning and other mining engineering aspects, set up a production standard, continuously monitor the achievement gap and analyze necessary improvement action.

Reporting to Plant Supervisor, this position will be responsible to develop maintenance planning and schedule.
Applicants should have a qualification degree in Mechanical Engineering; professional experience in Plant Planning is preferred; fresh graduate are welcomed; have knowledge of best practices in maintenance planning; good communication and interpersonal skill; good command of English both verbal and written; the position is initially based in South Kalimantan, but applicants must willing to stay and/or work in remote locations all over Indonesia.
4. HSE Officer (Code: HSE)
Reporting to Safety Superintendent and project manager, this position will be responsible to develop and implement all aspects of safety and training, accident prevention, safety performance report, and accident and incident investigation for the mining operations.
Applicants should have a qualification degree in Occupational Health and Safety or Environmental Engineering & qualification with 2 (two) years professional experience; have knowledge of HSE and OHSAS 18001 and hold training/ seminars certificate of safety is preferred; good communication and interpersonal skill; good command of English both verbal and written; the position is initially based in South Kalimantan, but applicants must willing to stay and/or work in remote locations all over Indonesia.
5. Field HRDGA Supervisor (Code: HS)

6. Operation Manager (Code: OM)
Reporting to GM Operation, this position responsible for managing minimum 2 mining projects; managed active line of communication & related data report between Project Manager and General Manager; ensure all aspects of mining including Production, Plant, Finance, SH&E, GA, & HR being managed internally with Project Manager accordingly to the Project s KPIs & target; ensure all operational aspects of mining including mine planning & other contractual issues being managed externally with Mining Owner; constantly discussing development & area of improvement for the existing projects and opportunity of new project development;
Applicants should have a minimum Mining or Geological Engineering degree & qualification with minimum 8 (eight) years professional experience in similar role in the open –pit coal mining operations; must have mining operation management & technical skill; must have communication skill & ability to establish an effective communication internally with team and externally with Mining Owner; minimum POM certificate; the position is initially based in Surabaya and South Kalimantan, but applicants must willing to stay and/or work in remote locations all over Indonesia
7. Surveyor (Code: SU)
Reporting to Engineering Supervisor and work closely with Production Supervisor, this position will create work-surveying plan, calculate digging volume at the end of month in all mine sites, and prepare data survey.
