6) Tidak berkedudukan sebagai anggota dan/atau pengurus partai politik;
7) Tidak pernah diberhentikan dengan hormat tidak atas permintaan sendiri atau tidak dengan hormat sebagai PNS/TNI/POLRI atau diberhentikan tidak dengan hormat sebagai pegawai swasta;
8) Tidak pernah dihukum penjara atau kurungan berdasarkan putusan pengadilan;
9) Memenuhi persyaratan kualifikasi pendidikan (jenjang dan jurusan) yang sesuai dengan lowongan formasi jabatan;
10) Berkelakuan baik dibuktikan dengan Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian; dan
11) Sehat jasmani dan rohani dibuktikan dengan Surat Keterangan Dokter.
b. Persyaratan Khusus
1) Ijazah pelamar yang diakui yaitu ijazah yang diperoleh dari Perguruan Tinggi Negeri/Swasta yang terakreditasi atau ijazah yang diperoleh dari Perguruan Tinggi Luar Negeri, yang telah mendapat penetapan penyetaraan dari Panitia Penilaian Ijazah Luar Negeri Kementerian Pendidikan Nasional.
2) Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) bagi pelamar berijazah;
i. Sarjana Strata 1 (S-1) minimal 2,75 (dua koma tujuh lima);
ii. Diploma III (D-III) minimal 2,75 (dua koma tujuh lima).
3) Pelamar tidak memiliki hubungan keluarga dengan pegawai PPATK (ayah/ibu/anak/adik/kakak/mertua/suami/isteri).
III. Pendaftaran
a. Dokumen lamaran di alamatkan ke PO BOX 3300 JKT 10033 dan diterima paling lambat tanggal 2 Oktober 2010 pukul 16.00.
b. Dokumen lamaran berupa:
1. Surat lamaran wajib ditulis tangan dan wajib ditandatangani oleh pelamar dengan menggunakan tinta hitam, ditujukan kepada Ketua Tim Pengadaan Pegawai Negeri Sipil Pusat Pelaporan dan Analisis Transaksi Keuangan Tahun Anggaran 2010;
2. Asli Daftar Riwayat Hidup yang wajib ditandatangani sendiri oleh pelamar;
3. Foto copy ijazah terakhir dan transkrip nilai akademik yang telah dilegalisir oleh pejabat yang berwenang (cap basah);
4. 2 (dua) lembar pas foto terbaru ukuran 3x4 (berwarna) dengan latar belakang biru dan nama pelamar wajib ditulis di belakang pas foto;
5. Fotokopi KTP yang masih berlaku;
6. Foto copy surat Tanda Pencari Kerja (Kartu Kuning) dari Kementerian Tenaga Kerja yang masih berlaku dan telah dilegalisir oleh pejabat yang berwenang;
7. Foto copy Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian dari Kepolisian setempat yang masih berlaku dan telah dilegalisir oleh pejabat yang berwenang;
8. Surat pernyataan tidak berkedudukan sebagai CPNS/PNS, Calon/Anggota TNI/POLRI yang ditandatangani di atas meterai (Rp6.000,00);
9. Asli Surat keterangan sehat tertanggal maksimal terhitung 2 bulan terakhir sebelum tanggal pengumuman ini;
c. Dokumen lamaran pada butir (b) wajib disusun rapi sesuai urutan di atas dalam map kertas dengan warna :
1. Biru untuk Pelamar berijazah S-1
2. Merah untuk Pelamar berijazah D-III
d. Berkas lamaran dimasukkan kedalam amplop coklat yang dialamatkan ke PO BOX 3300 JKT 10033;
e. Pelamar wajib mencantumkan kode dan kualifikasi pendidikan pada pojok kiri atas surat lamaran, map dan amplop;
f. Berkas lamaran yang tidak sesuai dengan persyaratan dalam huruf b sampai dengan huruf e diatas tidak akan diproses;
g. Berkas lamaran yang diterima menjadi milik Tim Pengadaan dan tidak dapat diminta kembali oleh pelamar.
IV. Seleksi Administrasi dan Pemanggilan Tes Wawancara I
a. Berkas lamaran yang diterima panitia diluar PO BOX dan waktu yang telah ditentukan akan dinyatakan tidak memenuhi syarat dan tidak akan diproses;
b. Pelamar yang dinyatakan lulus seleksi administrasi, akan diumumkan melalui situs internet resmi Pusat Pelaporan dan Analisis Transaksi Keuangan (PPATK) www.ppatk.go.id, pada hari Jum’at tanggal 8 Oktober 2010.
V. Tahapan Tes
a. Tahapan tes yang akan dilalui oleh peserta adalah:
1. Seleksi Administrasi
2. Tes Wawancara Awal
3. Tes Substansi (bagi pelamar S-1 dengan kualifikasi Ilmu Komputer, Teknik Komputer, Teknik Informatika, Teknik Elektro akan dilakukan Tes Praktek)
4. Tes Potensi Akademik dan TOEFL
5. Tes Psikologi
6. Tes Wawancara Akhir
b. Pada tiap tahapan tes diterapkan sistem gugur. Bagi pelamar yang dinyatakan lulus dapat mengikuti tahapan tes selanjutnya.
VI. Lain-lain
a. Pelamar/Peserta seleksi tidak dipungut biaya;
b. Jadwal pelaksanaan tes diumumkan kemudian;

Kementerian Pendidikan Nasional kembali membuka kesempatan kepada Warga Negara Indonesia untuk menjadi Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil di lingkungan Kemdiknas dengan persyaratan dan ketentuan sebagai berikut :
I. INFORMASI UMUM
1. Waktu pengumuman dari 8 sd 10 Oktober 2010.
2. Penerimaan Pendaftaran 11 sd 15 Oktober 2010.
3. Ada dua kelompok pendaftaran yaitu.
* Pendaftaran CPNS Online.
* Pendaftaran CPNS Non Online.
4. Pendaftaran CPNS Online.
Dilaksanakan hanya untuk di lingkungan Unit Utama Pusat
- Sekretariat Jenderal berikut Pusat pusat (Pusdiklat, Pusat Bahasa, Pustekom, Pusegjas, PIH)*
- Ditjen PMPTK beserta unit pelaksana teknisnya (P4TK dan LPMP)*
- Ditjen PNFI beserta unit pelaksana teknisnya (P2-PNFI dan BP-PNFI)*
- Ditjen Pendidikan Tinggi
- Inspektorat Jenderal
- Balitbang

5. Pendaftaran CPNS Non Online
Dilaksanakan hanya untuk di lingkungan Perguruan Tinggi Negeri (PTN) dan Kopertis.
6. Tahapan proses seleksi.
1. Seleksi administrasi saat pendaftaran.
2. Seleksi Pengetahuan Tes Umum, meliputi Tes Pengetahuan Umum (TPU) dan Tes Bakat Skolastik (TBS).
3. Seleksi Tes Substansi, dilaksanakan oleh unit kerja masing-masing.
7. Tempat pelaksanaan seleksi di lokasi unit kerja yang dituju pelamar. KKKKKK
8. Setiap pelamar hanya diperkenankan mengirimkan 1 (satu) berkas lamaran (lihar fitur kebutuhan per uker). Pengiriman lebih dari satu lamaran tidak akan terproses oleh sistem online.
II. PERSYARATAN UMUM
1. Warga Negara Indonesia (WNI)
2. Berusia 18 (delapan belas) tahun dan maksimal 35 (tiga puluh lima) tahun pada tanggal 01 Desember 2010
3. Bagi pelamar yang berusia lebih dari 35 tahun dan belum berusia 40 tahun pada 1 Desember 2010 harus melampirkan foto copy sah surat keputusan/bukti pengangkatan pertama dan terakhir masa kerja pengabdian pada instansi pemerintah/lembaga swasta yang berbadan hukum sejak tanggal 1 April 1997 sampai saat ini masih bertugas.
4. Sehat Jasmani, Rohani dan bebas NARKOBA
5. Berkelakuan baik dan tidak pernah dihukum penjara atau kurungan berdasarkan putusan pengadilan yang memiliki kekuatan hukum tetap.
6. Tidak pernah diberhentikan dengan hormat tidak atas permintaan sendiri atau tidak dengan hormat sebagai PNS/ Anggota TNI/Polri atau diberhentikan tidak dengan hormat sebagai pegawai swasta.
7. Tidak berkedudukan sebagai CPNS atau Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) dan tidak sedang menjalani perjanjian /kontrak kerja/ikatan dinas pada instansi lain.
III. PERSYARATAN KHUSUS
1. Di lingkungan Ditjen PMPTK seluruh peserta jenjang S1 wajib memiliki sekurang-kurangnya TOEFL450 atau TOEIC dengan nilai minimal 600-730.
2. Di lingkungan Ditjen PNFI khusus untuk pelamar Jurusan Bahasa Inggris wajib memiliki sekurang-kurangnya TOEFL500, dan untuk jenjang kualifikasi kualifikasi SMK Mesin dan Otomotif harus memiliki SIM A.
3. Di lingkungan Dikti pelamar bidang Hubungan Internasional wajib memiliki sekurang-kurangnya TOEFL 450.
IV. RINCIAN KEBUTUHAN JABATAN, KUALIFIKASI AKADEMIK

IV.TATA CARA PENDAFTARAN/LAMARAN (REGISTRASI SECARA ONLINE)
a. Pelamar wajib memiliki alamat email yang aktif untuk mengikuti proses rekrutmen CPNS Kemdiknas.
b. Pelamar harus mengisi pendaftaran secara online di alamat http://cpns.Kemdiknas.go.id dan mengikuti tata cara pendaftaran di portal pengadaan.
c.Mengirim berkas lamaran ke alamat PO BOX yang telah ditentukan yang datanya dapat diunduh pada saat pendaftaran online setelah pelamar mendapatkan nomor pendaftaran, dimasukkan dalam Stop Map dengan ketentuan warna pemmbeda:
Warna merah untuk pelamar S2/S3.
Warna biru untuk pelamar DIV/S1.
Warna kuning untuk pelamar D2/D3.
Warna Abu-abu untuk pelamar SLTA.
d.Selanjutnya stop map dimasukkan ke dalam amplop coklat tertutup, dengan mencantumkan kode jabatan yang dilamar dan nomor pendaftaran pada sampul depan kiri atas amplop. Berkas ditujukan kepada Menteri Pendidikan Nasional c.q pimpinan unit kerja yang dilamar, diterima pos paling lambat tanggal 20 Oktober 2010 stempel pos.
e.Berkas lamaran dimasukkan dalam Stop Map dengan ketentuan warna pembeda:
Warna merah untuk pelamar S2/S3.
Warna biru untuk pelamar DIV/S1.
Warna kuning untuk pelamar D2/D3.
Warna Abu-abu untuk pelamar SLTA.
f.Berkas lamaran disusun dengan urutan sbb.
1) Pas Foto berwarna (gambar muka tampak utuh), ukuran 3X6 cm 4 lembar, pada bagian belakang ditulis nama dan nomor KTP yang masih berlaku, dan dimasukkan ke dalam kantong plastik.
2)Foto copy KTP yang masih berlaku.
3)Print out asli bukti registrasi pendaftaran online.
4)Surat Lamaran yang ditulis tangan tinta hitam.
5)Foto Copy Ijazah yang telah dilegalisir oleh pejabat yang berwenang. Bagi yang memiliki ijazah luar negeri harus telah terakreditasi Dikti Kemdiknas.
6)Bagi pelamar yang berusia lebih dari 35 tahun dan belum berusia 40 tahun pada 1 Desember 2010 harus melampirkan foto copy sah surat keputusan/bukti pengangkatan pertama dan terakhir masa kerja pengabdian pada instansi pemerintah/lembaga swasta yang berbadan hukum sejak tanggal 1 April 1997 sampai saat ini masih bertugas.
Berkas lamaran yang tidak memenuhi sarat usia, kialifikasi pendidikan, tidak lengkap, dan tidak urut sebagaimana uraian di atas dinyatakan gugur.
VI. PROSES SELEKSI
1. Tahapan Pendaftaran
- Pengumuman Pengadaan CPNS dapat dilihat di Web dengan alamat http://kemdiknas.go.id
2. Pendaftaran/Registrasi
- Untuk kelompok pendaftaran online di Web (untuk pelamar di lingkungan Unit Utama Pusat) dengan alamat https://cpns.kemdiknas.go.id
- Untuk kelompok pendaftar non-online datang langsung ke unit kerja (untuk pelamaran di lingkugan PTN dan Kopertis.
3. Pelamar online mencetak kartu pendaftaran saat registrasi sebanyak 2 lembar.
4. Pelamar online mengirim berkas lamaran ke PO BOX
5. Pelamar non online mengirim berkas lamaran ke unit kerja yang dilamar
6. Panitia unit kerja menyeleksi kelengkapan administrasi berkas lamaran
Seleksi administrasi terdiri dari seleksi terhadap persyaratan batas usia, kesesuaian bidang studi dan akreditasi program studi dan perguruan tinggi, data KTP.
7. Pengumuman pelamar yang lulus seleksi administrasi akan diumumkan
-untuk pelamar online di alamat Web https://cpns.kemdiknas.go.id di lingkungan PTN dan Kopertis tempat melamar, dan dapat mencetak Kartu Tanda Peserta Tes.
-untuk pelamar non-onlie mengisi biodata sekaligus memperoleh Kartu Tanda Peserta Tes.
1. Tahap Ujian Tertulis (Seleksi Tahap 1)
1) Pelaksanaan di unit kerja, Kamis, 28 Oktober 2010
Untuk pelamar online harus dapat menunjukan selain print out Kartu Tanda Peserta Tes, juga harus menunjukkan Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP) asli yang masih berlaku.
2) Materi Ujian tertulis terdiri dari:
- Tes Pengetahuan Uumum (TPU)
Tes kemampuan dasar umum meliputi Bahasa Indonesia, Sejarah, Pancasila, PPKN, Bahasa Inggris.
- Tes Bakat Skolastik (TBS)
Merupakan tes kemampuan intelektual penalaran.
- Tes Substansi
Materi tes disesuaikan dengan formasi jabatan atau pekerjaan yang dilamar.
3) Pengumuman Hasil Ujian Tertulis:
-untuk pelamar online di alamat https://cpns.kemdiknas.go.id dan di http:// kemdiknas.go.id
-untuk pelamar non online di unit kerja PTN dan Kopertis tempat melamar dan/atau di alamat https://cpns.kemdiknas.go.id

VII. PENETAPAN HASIL SELEKSI
Keputusan Tim Pengadaan CPNS Kemdiknas bersifat mutlak dan tidak dapat di ganggu gugat.
VIII. KETENTUAN LAIN-LAIN
a. Seluruh Tahapan Seleksi Tidak Dipungut Biaya Apapun
b. Apabila pelamar yang ditetapkan diterima tidak mendaftarkan diri kembali atau tidak melengkapi berkas lamaran yang dibutuhkan pada waktu yang ditentukan, maka yang bersangkutan dinyatakan mengundurkan diri dan dikenakan denda.
c. Hal-hal lain yang belum diatur akan ditetapkan dan diumumkan kemudian. Pelamar wajib tunduk dan mengikuti ketentuan yang tetapkan.
